Located along busy Route 202, this new garage is exactly what Stoltzfus needed to grow their ever-expanding business of RV maintenance.

 

In addition to the existing showroom and full service garage, this new building is equipped with (11) 16’ X16’ all glass overhead doors, (22) service bays, and a full service wash/detail bay.  Also included is a  17'-0" cantilevered canopy on each side that serves as a maintenance overflow area, under roof, if the interior bays are full.

 

As part of a design/build service, this project was taken from the design and planning stages through the construction process into completing project close-out for the client.

 

Housing a state-of-the-art compressor & life line system, radiant
