In collaboration with The Tamora Group and Charlton Design Studio, SCULL ARCHITECTURE, LLC took the lead in preparing the construction drawings, documentation and coordination with consultants for the Stewart Holdings Group's new facility.

This 90,000 square foot manufacturing facility for the Stewart Holdings Group is located in Montgomery, New York.  The building is being developed to house a curtain wall system manufacturing company.  Included in the warehouse's shop area is 5-ton top running bridge crane that operates the length of the building.

 

An 18,000 square foot office area is sited in the front of  this facility which will assist in the design and construction of the curtain wall systems.  A curtain wall system is the main element featured along the front of the building which will allow passers-by to catch an exciting  view into the workings of the office area.
