This small existing cape cod was transformed from a two bedroom, one bathroom, to a four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home.  The owners of this property were expanding their family and decided they liked the location of their home, which lead them to build an addition.

The addition consists of a master bedroom-bathroom and a guest room with an attached powder room.   Along with building an addition the owners decided to retrofit all of the windows and doors, re-side the entire home and build a deck.  Metal roofing panels were provided at the shed dormers in the front of the house which tie-in with the vertical board and batten siding.

Also provided were renovations to the existing bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, living/dining room and office area.
